ATOMIC SCIENCE-FISSION REACTOR

Hi guys. I tried making a fission reactor yet my turbine is not spinning or generating any joules. I know the mod was updated but i guess the mechanics are the same. Heres some screens of my setup :

Er, your setup is weird, there shouldn't be an extra layer of water above the reactor. Also for maximum energy, the power-generating area should be about 5x5, with an extra ring of water around the outside to make sure that the water doesn't get stuck. I'd check out the auto-builder block in creative mode- it has modes to build all of atomic science's multiblock structures.
