Technic Launcher Problem, Need Help!!!

Hey guys, im having problems with my Technic Launcher, or my Tekkit lite i cant tell.

It seems that i have empty files for my Mod Packs because when i looked up the roaming app data for my tekkit lite, my bin, config, saves, etc. THEY ARE ALL EMPTY. Previously my games crashed cuz of something idk. But anyways i uninstalled my launcher and re installed it and it still says i have empty files.... please someone help because i have no idea what the problem is o.O

Edit. I also found THIS on the Common Problems at this section were on:

Q. My Launcher starts up but there are no packs!

A. Your Launcher might not be able to connect to the net. Before you open it, try right clicking, and on the drop down menu select "run as admin". This is reported to have bypassed this issue. (Windows only)

i get the white screen and it just stays at a white screen for the window, what do i do?
