Phased waterproof pipes problem

Sup minecraftians,

I'm currently using tessaract method of transportation liquids in my NEW TEKKIT... but it isn't rly cost effective.. so i tried good old teleport pipe method... so i've set up some aqua accumulators and some piping nearby my house in order to transport (teleport ) some water into my engines

all set correctly .. one to send only with the frequency 20 and the other one to send&recieve freq aswell 20 ... but it's not transporting at all.. even that one end has got Number of outputs - 1 but the send&recieve has got 0 outputs?

What shall i do to fix this ...

You can't do anything to fix it: they're bugged. I think they're sorted in the next patch but until then you're stuck with tesseracts.

Tesseracts are not that much more expensive than phased pipes. Ender pearls are a renewable resource, and it's still 1 diamond per tesseract.
