I checked the logs and he did indeed try to grief. I am the kid that was banned and i would like to try to appeal it and I do not think that this is fair i was griefed and trolled by a kid named SilentZoom who killed all my animals took some of my stuff and destroyed everything around my house that he could that could then quit the server all i did was mess around with him and place lux capacitors and in the end we became friends and i apologized to him I really would like to get unbanned I love this server its really fun to play on and i promise that you would never here from me again i would be peaceful and mind my own business i apologize for everything and anything i did and i hope u would be kind enough to unban me cause i love this server thank you

Not grief other innocent people in frustration. If a player asks you to leave his claim you should do so, other wise it is considered griefing. You refused and then on top of that annoyed the owner by spamming lux capacitors in his claim which is also considered griefing. Like I have said before in this thread we do not tolerate childish behaviour of any kind. If you valued the server so greatly you should not have done what you did. But it is not guaranteed that we will accept.

Name: Simon Preti In-Game name: simon11234 Why do you want to be admin: First of all, I REALLY love this server, I like the small community, everybody knows everybody, that's something I appreciate in a server, this is just one of the reasons I want to join. To make it better, since I find there's a lack of administration on the server, I believe I could make it better by moderating it when nobody is online. Tekkit Skills: I gotta say, I know my tekkit. However, if there's something I do not know, I will ask. As I believe as a community (No matter if admin or not) anybody should be allowed to ask for help. Why should you accept me: I'm a very laidback guy, easy to talk to, willing to help when needed, love to talk to people on skype, and also people are able to vouch for me (They said so when I told them I was gonna apply if possible.) If you need anything at all, just tell me. :)
_B3Y0ND_ Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 wow and i thought this server was good well you know what pewx go fuck yourself i apologized to the guy and would have helped him clean it up and i have a lot of friends on this server and i didn't "grief other people in frustration" i just came to his house and he got all defensive and was freaking out at me and said i was griefing so i showed him what real griefing was in the end we were fine too but you have to be dick about it and if you fucking consider being in someones house and not leaving griefing omfg you have problems. "omg he is on the same server as me after i told him to leave hes griefing ban him" like are u fucking kidding me that was a douche bag move pewx you just lost like half of the ten players that played on your shit server anyway cause i brought all my friends only to realize how bad it sucked i hope u realize that u r a major ass and being like this isn't being a good server owner cant wait to see it crash and burn cause of no one playing on it. P.S. i didn't report that kid because like i said he quit the server after what was the point. So fuck you and Good day.

I can ban you for no reason at all if I feel like. I do not even need to provide you with an explanation. However I am a nice guy so I will. You griefed, you got banned. Easy as that. Move on... Sometimes I get an "end of stream" error, that disconnect me of the server, and when I try to join again, it says that I must wait two minutes to join again. This is annoying, because after the two minutes, I get the end of stream error again, I must wait two more minutes, et caetera. Thanks

tomrobans Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 the server says its 1.1.7 so i downgraded to that version of tekkit to connect, then it says that my Applied Energistics version is out of date. have you done a update to the server's version of applied energistics without letting people know? im apparently out of date cause your version is rv12.b. Help?
440_Magnum Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 go to your .technic folder ( C:Users[yourname]AppDataRoaming.technic ) Rename the "tekkitmain" folder to "-tekkitmain" Run the launcher again, be sure to have the 1.1.7 version selected, and run it. The pack will be re-downloaded and you'll have a clean 1.1.7 game, ready to join us.
