Help!! My TMI Won't Work!!!

When I load a World,It shows TMI In My Inventory,BUT,Its Staying On Recipe Mode and I can't Seem To Change the Setting,This is Getting On My nerves and I'm getting Stressed,

This Has been going on for a Lot of Time D: I'll Give you anything on my NEI Folders

Check your NEI config, if lockmode is set to anything besides -1 that is your problem

Thanks So Much,I had to Edit it After Shutting a World down and Restart it.

It would not let me edit it,like replacing Jar Files :P
