Launcher will not accept username and pasword

Launcher Version: Technic Launcher

Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit

Java Version: version 7 update 25

Antivirus Program: Norton

Description of Problem:

Trying to download tekkit for son. Have registered twice now but when launcher requests password and username it turns up invalid.

Where have you registered twice?

The Technic Launcher goes through minecraft login server, if you haven't bought minecraft there's nothing anyone can do. (piracy is not supported here).

You don't use Technic platform or Technic forum account, but the account from Mojang when you bought Minecraft.

Please look on Mojang Support Center for any help, in case you forgot your password or username.

Indeed, if you don't have a legitimate minecraft account you can't login to the Launcher
