Well, each block in Minecraft is assigned a block ID either by the code or a config file. If 2 blocks share the same ID Minecraft will crash. To fix it all you have to do is change them in the Configuration file for the mod that is conflicting.

1. Uninstall EnderStorage

2. Google NEI ID dump.

3. Do an ID dump to see what the alvailable slots are.

4. Change the ID numbers in the EnderStorage configuration files to any of the numbers that are not returned by the NEI dump.

5. Put the .jar or .zip (Whichever EnderStorage uses) back into the mods folder.

6. Play.
