Type %appdata% (with the percent signs). One of the search results should be a folder called "roaming". Click on that folder. Inside of that folder there should be a folder called ".technicpack" Delete that folder, and then try again. (Also, triple posting and low-effort "bump" type posts are both against the rules here.
