My Technic pack wont work!!!!!!!!

i click on it and it says

I'd just like to point out that the marquee tag is so 1996 geocities. also it's depricated.

also, reinstall java, increase permgen, and/or don't use insane memory settings.

i have done that and it still says it it only works with one thats 1 update earlier :(

please help i can't download any modpack from techic always fail. I don't know why.

When i try always give me a error.

Try temporarily disabling your firewall or Antivirus. I had this problem, I just disabled my antivirus then tried it and it worked fine.

i tried disabling my anti virus software as well as my fire wall temporarily to download but im still having the same error as Arch34 any advice?

it appears to be only with one or 2 mod packs though one examlpe is the pixelmon 1.5.1. epic edition http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/pixelmon-151-epic-edition im not sure why. its one im really wanting to play i have seen some lets plays on it and it looks great.

as well as just enough mods mod pack :/ now im really confused because a diffrent one downloaded just fine.
