Modpack Screen Goes White After Mojang (for some people)

I believe that this is related to the platform, as I am using it for my modpack. I can run it just fine (and several other people who have tried), however I have come across a few people that can't run it. They describe it to me as:

"It downloaded the pack, went to the mojang screen, then turned white after a while."

They both sent me logs. I am getting info like...

You need to increase permgen size. That happened to me too until I increased permgen size.

we had so much posts with the same error... using search helps a lot...

PermGen size will most likely fix it, I also recommend allocating more than 1 GB of RAM as well, not mandatory but helps a lot.
