When it double click in the launcher icon it starts and then sais could not create java vitural machine.

Is your java 32 bit? It has to match same bits as your OS.

That's not entirely true. I run my servers on an old 32 bit XP computer, and it can handle 4 people similtaneouly playing Tekkit with just the one GB of RAM.
