I was annoyed that these did not work on my Tekkit server, and there was no fix I could find available, so I fixed it myself. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else was having the same problem (and actually wanted it to blow up ).
Open [3]EE2ServerV1.38-bukkit-cb1938.zip with WinRAR or similar, open the ee subfolder, and add in the attached class file, replacing the existing one.
