Trouble with launcher

Why when i try to launch Technic launcher it says "Invalid credentials.Invalid username or password."

I write username and password that i use in website.

HELP?

That's the wrong account.

You have to use the Mojang account, the one you got after buying the game Minecraft.

Technic is not the game, it's just a modpack. The launcher goes through Mojang server to check if your Mojang account exist.

If it does, and you have bought the game, then you can try using the email on the username field.

Check with Mojang Customer support for more details.

I know it's bloody obvious that you shouldn't use your technic forums login, but perhaps you need to point it out in a FAQ or something? We've gotten quite a few of these threads, and I don't think the kind of people that can't figure such things out are the kind of people that'd search the forums before posting, but perhaps a FAQ.

For one this is the wrong place to post this and two there are solutions on other posts just go looking for it and you will find.
