I would prefer if you could make it on the Technicpack site. Belone Posted November 1, 2013 Share Posted November 1, 2013 You do realise you are basically describing some of FTB's old 1.4.7 modpacks? Why don't you go check them out? Though as Neowolf says you could make it yourself, as this will be a 1.4.7 pack then you don't even need to worry about maintaining it much as none of the mods you'd be using would need updating any time soon.
