With the redpower mod you are able to chop a cobble stone up in to 32 pieces, giving why to much scrap from nothing. So is there a way to restrict what you can use in a recycler?

You can also use EE to generate cobblestone and literally get scrap from nothing.

In the IC2.cfg there is the "recyclerBlacklist" thingie. Add every block's ID you dont want to be recycled to that list.

I noticed that most of the half block and so on, that you can make with the redpower mod, has the item id

132:xxxxxx, so I tried to black list 132, but the i couldn't start the server again.

Is there an other way to easily blacklist those items?

Remove Red Power?

I don't see what the big deal is because it takes more time to do that for scrap then to set up a cobble gen and feeder right into the recycler. Might cost a bit more but someone trying to get a bit ahead of the curve doing this is still using gen or diamond saws to cut the blocks. And if they're repairing them with EE they can probably just set up a condenser to just spam cobble for them.
