KiltWAR Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 I am very new to minecraft..... I have Minecraft 1.7.2 and I am trying to add the SphaxPureBDcraft texture pack to use with Tekkit Lite. I have downloaded - Sphax PureBDcraft 128x MC17 and SphaxTekkitLite128x_Mods... taken the files in the Mods zip and added them to the MC17 zip but my Tekkit lite will not recognize it.. What am I missing? Thanks for any help
LightHero Posted December 2, 2013 Posted December 2, 2013 Well, Tekkit Lite does not use MC 1.7.2 - it uses MC 1.4.7.

Discord Moderator plowmanplow Posted December 5, 2013 Discord Moderator Posted December 5, 2013 (since you are referring to my patch I might as well weigh in) 1) Download the Vanilla textures from bdcraft.net for MC 1.4.7 at either 128x or 64x 2) Download the Tekkit Lite patch at the same resolutio https://www.jaj.com/tekkitlite/SphaxTekkitLite64x_Mods.zip https://www.jaj.com/tekkitlite/SphaxTekkitLite128x_Mods.zip 3) Uncompress the zip from #1 to a folder 4) Uncompress the zip from #2 to the same folder 5) Go into the folder and zip up the contents to a new file. (all files/subfolders MUST be at the top level of the zip structure) 6) Copy/move the new zip file to your texturepacks folder for Tekkit Lite 7) Profit

The mod textures get extracted into the same place you extracted the base textures.
