No one can connect except me

When I start my tekkit server which is on hamachi I am the only one who can connect and anyone else who joins just takes 5 years to say connection refused. I can't port forword it because sky don't support it (bastard move). In the past i have run tekkit servers really smoothly.

I think you need to port forward. If you don't, people cant connect to your router.

I'm having the same problem. I want to play with my friend and I can connect just fine but she can't even reach the server much less try to connect to it.

Port forwarding shouldn't have any effect because I'm using Hamachi which doesn't go through my computer's IP or port.

You really need to post with additional information. Are you using the correct (i.e. Hamachi) IP address to connect? What versions do client and server have? Are there any launcher or server logs, and if so what do they say?
