Save file not working

After updating Attack of the B-Team to 1.0.7, the save file I have been playing on and that has survived previous updates no longer shows up when I click on 'singleplayer' from the Menu. I honestly have no idea why as I haven't altered anything to do with the save file.

 Also, although I don't think it should have any effect, I also installed some mods that weren't originally in the modpack and have successfully updated and reinstalled the mods several times.

 

Can anyone give me a soution? Is it that the save file is corrupted?
