Well, i'm working on a pixelmon modpack with server and so on.

I've put all the things i need together.

Forge universal recommend build.

all the mods are 1.6.4

i put it into a zip file and uploaded it.

Download works too.

But when the launcher trys to unzip it, it will break up the process

and show me a Error message:

Error unziping a file for thw following pack: eg pixelmon test

IllegalArgumentException while parsing next element.

Please consult the modpack author.

i figured out, that the customnpcs folder in the main directory is the reason for this,

but i dont know why. The customnpcs folder contains skins and songs (.ogg)

I created a second modpack, wich contains the same stuff,

just without the folder and it works. (but not stabil, lots of crashes)

Is it possible, to upload the modpack with the folder?
Cause i need the stuff for my server.

And could you guys help me, to get my modpack more stabil?

Óh sorry, thats my fault. i've tried to put my stuff directly into the custom npc mod, but that didn't work to.

Now the modpack starts, but custom npc doesn't work anymore, haha. I gonna reupload my modpack.

I have no idea where contents of the top level "customnpcs" folder came from, but it screwing up the launcher unzipping the file. The file is fine as a normal zip, but the launcher doesn't like that folder. The contents "kind of" look like what should be in a resource pack, however, when I try to make it into a resource pack: 1) It is freaking huge. 2) the client doesn't seem to want to switch to that resource pack. Other than that folder (which really looks to contain a lot of jumbled crap that I can't find a reference to in any of the mods you have installed) the pack works fine. Just get rid of it.

Good luck. I'll not be looking at this pack anymore. It is WAY too huge to debug in a timely manner since the pack download is almost 400M (that's right folks, 400 megabytes). Sweet Brown said it best when she said, "Ain't nobody got time fo dat!" Seriously though, just take out that folder I really can't see it being needed.
