Bad Login?

Why do sometimes I try to log in to a server and it says

 

Connection lost

Failed login: Bad login

 

 

 

Please help

A lot of people are getting this since the last launcher update, usually restarting the client or your computer fixes it but in extreme cases you might have to reset your .technic directory, hopefully they'll fix it soon!

This isn't a technic issue, this is a MOJANG issue, keep restarting the pack until it works as it's dependant on the MC login servers

You will get this error if you have Minecraft logged in (other Modpacks are available), and then you try and log into your Minecraft account with Tekkit. It automatically prioritizes the first logged in (Chronologically), and so it will throw the error "Failed To Connect: Bad Login" at you whenever you try and connect using Tekkit.

 

So, to fix this, close Tekkit and Minecraft (and the launchers automatically popping up after closing!), and open up Tekkit again. Should be fixed.
