SUPER LAG PLAYING ANY MODPACK HELP PLZZZ!!

Plz help i want to play all these awsome mod packs but when i open up one my fps is 1-4 and thats only at the main menu and when i start up a new world it stays exactly the same fps 1-4 and i cant do anything about it, ive tried increasing and decreasing the GB that i allow the technic launcher im not sur if that is the permgen that others have been told to do, i also tried deleting the technic launcher completely from my computer which is infact a mac computer but yet again i download the technic launcher again and start to play but the same thing happens! i dont know how to fix my fps problems PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME

I have the exact same problem I've been searching for the answer for a while now but still no one could help me I have downloaded every suggested mod on the technic launcher and every single one is lagging I've even download some mod packs separate to see if it works and as long as I don't use technic it runs smooth but I need technic to play big mod packs like attack of the b team and stuff like that so if anyone can please just give us an answer we will truly be thankful

What OS are you using?

What version of JAVA do you have?

Are you using 64bit or 32bit architecture?

What processor is in your PC?

How much physical memory does your PC have?

How much memory are allocating in the launcher?

What other applications are open while trying to run the launcher/modpack?

ive tried looking at this too but it all seems to be fine and im only trying to play b-team so it cant be too hard on my IMac computer, when i play normal minecraft it plays fine without lag. so i just dont know what to do at all.......

When someone asks you for details, you don't answer what the condition is. You answer the details.

 

Anything else and you have wasted our time and effort in being helpful. Think about that next time you ask for help..
