Random Server Restarts

Hi There,

I have a successful tekkit server running but for some reason every 10 minutes i get these random restarts, could you please tell me what the problem is, or what whats are causing it. Im sure its not ram issues since i have 6gb of ram. Is it the current build (1.2.8e).

With no logs, no server information (plain Tekkit.jar? MCPC+? launch details?)... very difficult to offer assistance.
