Water behaves strange

I got a Tekkit Classic server running, and when the server is empty the water begin to bug out.

 

I got a pump that pumps from a 3x3x1 water source and when you log out and log in again it looks like this:

 

 

Anyone knows something about that problem?

To me, it looks like the pump is just pumping slightly too fast.  Does this happen when you log out for a long time? Or does it still happen if you log out and log right back in?

It doesn't matter how long your off from there server, a second is enough.

If I remember correctly, this is a problem with chunk loading. Do you have a chunk loading block set up there, and if not does it still do this if you do?

I Already have a world anchor, so thats not the solution.
