I found i really good server that is tekkit 1.3 but when i try to select the build and put it as another one it  asks if i want to update the pack ive clicked yes and no but none of them use a different version it will just load the latest or recommended ive even completely deleted tekkit and it still uses Latest build or Recommended build

 

 

and one more thing:

Whats the build for 1.3?
