Factions + Modded machines/blocks

Hello Technic, I am attempting to get Factions working with Tekkit "Space" (the one with galicticraft). I am having 2 issues, 1) no factions configuration in /plugins, 2) Mod blocks (redstone furnace, dynamo, etc) are not protected.

 

versions:

mcpc+: git-MCPC-Plus-jenkins-MCPC-Plus-164-251 (MC: 1.6.4) (Implementing API version 1.6.4-R2.1-SNAPSHOT)

factions: 2.2.2

 

Any ideas to help? I have searched fairly extensively (imo) for this issue, the only other thing I got was >this (it was not helpful).
