Auto XP from Ores

I have discovered cool trick how to get mob essence from ores (coal, redstone, ...) while using laser drill and automated Ore processing.

Simply put autonomous acitvator leave block empty and then put terrain smasher so ores are layed and then smashed.

Under place where ores are placed put sewer, which can now collect XP orbs.

Neat trick you found there.. But when I see redstone smashed and not pulverized for cinnabar I cry.

So sewers can collect exp balls and turn them into essence?

Once you get to Laser Drill level, crying over wasted resources is essentially pointless. But I know what you mean.

 

Good find, that. Still more mods to look into before I can replicate it, though.

I have 3 complete laser drills in my me network but for me it's kinda cheating as it generates the ores out of thin air.. But that is not the topic here.
