[22:22:55] [WARN] LaunchFrameHelpers.printInfo:40: Warning: 32 Bit operating system. 64 Bit is encouraged for most mod packs. If you have issues, please try the FTB Lite 2 pack.

Agrarian skies is a FTB launcher pach, not Technic. They have their own forums for questions like this.
