Recreating with a link, pack is borked

Below is my original post that got locked for aparently not linking my pack? **** courtesy right? Anyway here is the original post and the link that is aparently necessary in the original post rather than as an edited post or another comment on it.

"I have created a modpack and have discovered that after i updated it people can no longer successfully download it. Even after changing the download link to a previously proven working direct download link to th epack it still refuses to download.

 

Is this normal? I have people waiting to play the new update and technic is failing to download..."
