Server Server creates a Vanilla world

I want to set a private server for me and my freinds, downloaded the server .zip unpacked it, then ran the Big Dig.jar, launch.bat and then the minecraft_server.jar because without this there is no server... but then it just creates an vanill aworld -.- and all the other posts arent helping

 

please i need help ^^

just run launch.bat

then there isnt even a server to join !!! thats the problem
