Voltz always starts in 3.0.4

I'll get straight the facts.
 
As of the new update to Minecraft 1.6.4 I have been trying to get onto a Voltz server that I have put many hours into. To do that I have been trying to downgrade to Voltz 2.0.4 (the recommended version.) but whenever I launch it it defaults to Voltz 3.0.4 

I have had this problem every time I have launched it.

 

If someone could help that would be great. Thanks!
