LOG IN ISSUES ON LAUNCHER

so i was playing sparkelz unltimate pack while uninstalling some stupid browser add-ons. comp restarted then blammo i had to re-log in to the launcher to start it up but my known log in info didnt work? ive tried ressetting the password, tried a few different unsername combo's.  tried re-registering but my info was already in use, i just cant use it for some reason.... I WANT MY TECHNIC, someone please offer me some suggestions or advice. oh not sure if this is the right spot but there isnt a catergory for HEEEEELP!!!! so i chose this one

you need to use your email on the username field, if you migrated to a Mojang account

If you keep failing to be able to login, ensure you can login on the vanilla launcher, if not, contact Mojang.
