Suggestion: Rocket Science add-on for IC2

I would like to suggest the rocket science add-on for IC2

I think this mod would be a great additon to the next version of tekkit. I don't know if this mod is compatible with the tekkit mods or if there would be enough block ids left but i hope this could be added.

this mod has no smp-support, too. (unfortunately, its a must-have)
