I have been looking for the official agrarian skies download URL for Technic launcher but every one i try is not a working pack does anyone have a link to it or even the platform URL it would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately this is still the way people see things nowadays. You lose a lot of credibility with certain people if you mention Technic in a favorable way. But, honestly, fuck'em, the fun I've had in these forums, and playing Tekkit and the other modpacks can't be replaced and I certainly don't regret sticking to the Technic side.
