Trying to set up a tekkit server, but there is an error.

when i try to open the launch.bat file on my 64 bit windows operating system, I get an error and I would like some help. (I have downloaded jre7)This is the config I have for the launch.bat file: java -Xmx1G -Xms512M -jar Tekkit.jar nogui

This is the error I get: C:\Users\Family_2\Desktop\Tekkit server>java -Xmx1G -Xms512M -jar Tekkit.jar nogui

I think it might be you that you don't have the right version of java. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

OR Java isn't even installed.
