kult93 Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Im having some difficulties with my tekkit server 3.0.4, it keeps saying "Could Not Yet information on this Craftbukkit are you sure youre not using a custom one" and im currently using Craftbukkit 1.2.5 R3.0
Forum Administrators sct Posted May 30, 2012 Forum Administrators Posted May 30, 2012 That error is normal and I don't know how you are possibly using bukkit 1.2.5-R3.0. In fact I am just going to assume you have no idea what you are talking about and move on.
kult93 Posted May 30, 2012 Author Posted May 30, 2012 http://gyazo.com/eb3b0ecabc0e7ec04cdbcf5eef2bbb93 This is a picutre of the craftbukkit im using if you dont believe me :o
Forum Administrators sct Posted May 30, 2012 Forum Administrators Posted May 30, 2012 Wow a screenshot of a file. How can I possibly argue with that!
AlienX Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 type 'version' into the console, then take a picture :P
ledhead900 Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 I just have to say something here since there seems to be a complete lack of care into the top post and the reply's. For starters this is how to turn that message off if you don't want to see it anymore, Open Bukkit.yml and edit the edit it the section I have in code below so it looks the same. auto-updater: enabled: false on-broken: - warn-console - warn-ops on-update: - warn-console - warn-ops preferred-channel: rb host: dl.bukkit.org suggest-channels: false Secondly I also don't know how you got R3.0 running on Tekkit but I am not saying its impossible due to pure ignorance. It probably would work just fine if you knew how to merge the changes into Tekkit.jar. Why you would want to run 3.0 is beyond me though as that version has a quite an annoying exploit vulnerability in it.
kult93 Posted May 31, 2012 Author Posted May 31, 2012 http://gyazo.com/e8115f645593128d085fb151648798df it says im running a version i dont have?
Wendo Posted June 1, 2012 Posted June 1, 2012 No, it says you are running 1.2.5-R1.3 Notice the 1.3, not the 3.0 1.3 is what was shipped with Tekkit and that error is normal, as has been said, disable it if you don't want to see it. Otherwise all is well
AlienX Posted June 1, 2012 Posted June 1, 2012 In other news, i am now running Tekkit on Bukkit 1.2.5 R3.1
