You shouldn't be using GitHub to distribute packs directly, however it's version control system is awesome, so I personally use it to store the git repo, which I then mirror to a proper web server.

This is some of the coolest stuff I have seen in a while, I'd love to unban quantum chests and just make them less OP, as well as RM/DM/Infernal Chests. If this plugin could provide a way to make these armors take greater damage from ALL weapons then I could see this going a long way in the Tekkit community.

You should all list the anti-virus you are using, that could be an issue with the downloading and possibly even the patching itself.
