Launcher/pack Version: Technic Launcher 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows XP service pack 3

Version of Java: Version 6 Update 31

Description of Problem:

I have two electrical engines next to a quarry, powered by glass fibre cables and with a lever next to each of them. I set up a quarry using landmarks and the yellow tape thing appeared, but the orange frame wont build, can anybody help? D:

Error Messages: N/A

Link to pastebin of log: http://pastebin.com/jfcz3ytZ

Also, I'm playing on single player and before people go on about "TECHNIC PACK IS FOR SINGLE PLAYER, TEKKIT IS FOR SMP! GRRR GET IT RIGHT etc etc." I do know, I just prefer tekkit, Im not a fan of most of the Technic Pack extras.

have you tried powering it with a normal engine to see if that might actualy work? if it does the fault is with the electric engine (placement or setup most likely). if not the fault is harder to diagnose :(.

There we go, I have used the right bug report format.

Also, I'm having trouble getting screenshots at the moment, but I have 4 windmills into a batbox and then the batbox running into the 2 electrical engines either side of the quarry block. It is all connected via glass fibre cables and the power in the batbox isnt draining at all!

Also, using redstone engines, they began to pump but the quarry frame still wasnt building :/

I had this problem on my server just after I updated.

I fixed it by OP'ing the buildcraft virtual user i.e. [buildCraft]. Once I OP'd it, the quarries worked fine.

You could probably also fix it by giving the buildcraft virtual user permission to modify the world.

Beware tho that opping the mods allows them to bypass any protection plugin you might have, therefor people are able to grief using the quarry.

You know that the quarry will first clear all the ground in the area you defined that is on the same height or above the lowest yellow/black line.

After that it will start to build the orange frame.

When you use redstone engines it will take forever to clear the area.

I dont know what the problem can be else cause it should work cause i tried it out in my tekkit SSP world both minecraft 1.1 and 1.2.5 versions.

i am having same problem but in technic, where i can't use commands, what now?

In this case, it's a setup error. Mind a screenshot? It's probably due to the alimentation of your engines.
