That isn't actually an answer to "how do I change my name in minecraft" really. It's more or less just a short worthless hostile post. Put a little more effort in please. We're all for making fun of idiots and having a sense of humor, but where's the humor in posts like this?

To answer your question OP, there may be a mod out there that lets you do that but this isn't the place to look for that information. You're better off just using google.

Just run the %appdata%\.techniclauncher\technic-launcher-latest.jar when your wifi antenna is off/you're disconnected from the internet and it should go into Offline Mode.

From there, you can use a name-changing plugin to change name.
