Teleport Tethers don't work (At least like the old Chunkloading Blocks)

Launcher/pack Version: 3.0.4

Operating System: Windows 7 x64

Version of Java: Java 7

Description of Problem: Teleport tethers don't work like the old chunkloading blocks. I have one inside my base and at an oil pump, and no oil pumps while I'm away, along with collectors in my base not collecting EMC. I have multiple people on the server, so the world is always loaded (Even though the previous chunkloading blocks you didn't need to have anyone online).

Error Messages: N/A

I made a RP2 frame motor airship with a world anchor in it and Computercraft for navigation... set sail for the edge of the map and become THE LOST ARC =D

This has something to do with the bug report how?

Same happens to me. T tethers dont work

But a world anchor does the same things and even better. It loads 3*3 chunks centred on the world anchor.

Okay, I'll try that. It's kind of offsetting, though, because world anchors cost so much materials. And I think teleport tethers are supposed to load a 3x3 of chunks, too.

I though worldanchors were for entities like mobs/carts etc? And not for things like pumps/teleport pipes?

This is for SSP. The behavior is not guaranteed in SMP.
