You can go to Control Panel, then Java, to see which versions you have.

It looks like your server is running plugins designed for JRE6... However, I should double check that your version of Java7 is 32bit to match your OS

Yes, well there's your problem. To save effort on both ends, just use a fresh install, and follow any of the millions of tutorials available. Also bear in mind that all of the players on your server will need to do the same.

Very few mods work just being serverside. This is not one of them. You will need to install it, just like any other mod (there's billions of guides on this) But all of your players will need to do this also. So bear that in mind.
