  1. No excuse, no, and no. To do so would expose the forum sponsors and administrators to legal action. It's not going to happen.
  2. You're all (especially Tutux) using older versions of Java. Try a newer one. Also, if a problem persists after a reinstall, it might not be the software...
  3. Your server, or maybe your client, is broken. It could be Windows. There may even be a duck in your computer. On topic: more info, particularly including a launcher log, or no help for you.
  4. The latest launcher version is 1.0.1.3, the latest Tekkit server is 3.0.4 (make sure you do the upgrade correctly to the server software), and the latest Tekkit client is 3.0.3. Install client and server correctly, and Uranium Ore (blobby green thing) has a 6-diamond value in the trans tablet. Don't, and it won't work.
  5. No to the first question. The 2nd item means you need to be an administrator (defined in the Users section of Control Panel).
  6. Disabled or removed? The darn thing likes to interfere even when it's "turned off." An alternate solution, since I just noticed that you have a 32-bit OS, is to run the launcher .jar instead. Try that.
  7. Client v3.0.3 - v3.0.4 is server-side only.
  8. Must I do everything for you? Less than a minute with the search bar.
  9. Then you have an older version of the Tekkit server, possibly 3.0.3, wherein EE isn't configured to accept Uranium. Try upgrading the server (follow the directions on the Technicpack.net page - scroll down a bit).
  10. It's possible to move a world from Tekkit SMP to Tekkit SSP, but moving one to Technic is...not advisable. There are too many differences for it to happen smoothly.
  11. The only way I know of is to see where you are when the server starts chugging, and try to figure out which chunks just loaded. Otherwise, just type "/remove items -1" from the in-game console and see if it clears up the lag. If it does, something's dumping items. It will also tell you how many items it removed.
  12. Go into Control Panel > Programs and Features > look for Java anything. Remove 6 if you have it and install the correct bit version of 7u5.
  13. I would bet you money it's AVG. Get rid of the thing if you can, otherwise you can try to add an exception or three.
  14. This is a very common problem. Someone tried to extract items from an Energy Condenser with a wooden pipe. Use MCEdit to remove the pipe, then apply the fix (hanging around the forums somewhere, it's been a while since this has popped up) or just tell everyone not to do that any more. You may want to just upgrade your server version, at some point. It'll probably mean a world restart or some time in MCEdit to copy stuff over, but...
  15. Error message or launcher log? Is the server visible or not? Does the server computer have a firewall? These are all things you should look for - the more information we have, the better.
  16. It should work fine - mine does. Uranium Ore only, though - refined uranium doesn't do a thing. It's also expensive.
  17. Somewhat on topic: the use of "reign," "rein," and "rain" in the incorrect context irritates me - the first two in particular seem to get switched a lot.
  18. I wasn't being a jerk. I was being condescending. There's a difference. That took me less than two minutes with a search of "Slot 169 is already occupied by buildcraft.silicon.BlockLaser" - learn to internet.
  19. Yeah, I'm at a loss, then, unless the complete delete and reinstall messed up somehow.
  20. NEI's borked, with the rain disabling thing. I'd try reinstalling with a new launcher. Also, you really only need one version of Java at a time (7), and having more than one can mess things up.
  21. Your launcher version is old, your Java version is old, you didn't use code tags to shorten your message to something less than 5 screens long, and you didn't put what antivirus software you're using. Yet you still expect help?
  22. Try: 1) Updating your launcher. It should be 1.0.1.3 2) Using your username instead of your email.
  23. If you deleted and reinstalled, you'll have a new log. Post that and you'd get a better response.
  24. That'll be in the config files for the various mods. I believe Block ID 125 is free, based on other threads with this exact same problem.
  25. We can't translate Java error logs. Try a launcher log. Other than the fact that you have the Java bin directory in your system path twice, I don't see anything wrong.
