Shiroko, it's possible a new dungeon generated in the area you were playing in. It's a known Hexxit issue. Fixes are being worked on, In the meantime bear with the guys until they can implement a quickfix. The server will be up. Poor Bear got next to no sleep last night working on it, and now he's at work. Just be patient while the kinks get worked out.

Yes. I have to admit I'm super-excited to start on a fresh map that isn't full of twerps and/or griefing so I might actually get to finish a castle and kick some butts.

Been there, Done that. Take all the time you need. MinecraftBox servers are pricey but stable, their interface is a little outdated but functional, their tech support speak English as a second language but are friendly and helpful once you get through to them what you need. Very prompt as well. McPro hosting, very cheap, very stable but their tech support is all but non-existant. ( replies take 24 hours to tickets) So you you need to be a pro at ftp and setup to get MCPC playing nice with the forgeloaders needed for Hexxit.

I have been known to keep a purely nocturnal schedule ) I've been playing hexxit, and I'm seeking a stable server ( as much as that's possible so early in the builds) that runs GriefPrevention, and is free of raging 12 year olds that think using every racial slur they know displays how 'grown up' they are -.- I might be interested in applying for admin as I have a decent amount of experience running a server, I'm capable with world-edit and know essentials well but frankly would rather get to know the community better before deciding to do so. My Teenage kids do tend to want to migrate to where I play but they are well-mannered gamers who've no ban history and know better than to beg for items or clutter chat. ( Notch help them the day I ever catch them griefing. Doom. ) ( Eurodoris (16), Cat_bug(17), and Awsome47(15) if you wish to whitelist them or I can make them come app for their own damned selves. )

I am looking for a place where I can come hide, relax, play, build at my own pace. Landscape as well as get technical without having to stop every 10 minutes and go see to some mess or squabble. 8G is too much, CanVox frequently says give it 4G at MOST, and 2G is optimum. Try dropping that down and see what happens.

We are having that same problem with LAN in our household as well. Same ticking screen crash if anyone tries to rejoin the game after leaving it for any reason. Windows 7 64, 8 core AMD with 32G ram on the host computer. Running through a Centurylink Zylex hub/modem. ( If you need I can go to the other computers for some pastebin crashlog but the one posted above looks identical. No new info.) If I stop and start the game and reopen to LAN, everyone can rejoin without a crash and play happily for hours until someone leaves/closes out, or crashes their game. Then we all have to restart to get it running again.

I'm new to the Tekkit scene but I've been really impressed by the persistence in the troubleshooting. I'm not as savvy but I've learned a lot watching you troubleshoot through these. I'm an old gamer with chronic insomnia, if you need a lab rat to test builds at weird hours, add me to the list.

1.3.9 Isn't showing up in the launcher. Unless I've been awake for too long. Which is possible.

I'll admit when I patched in middle of building something and my map glitched out I was sad, and abit angry for hour or so. And then I got poking around with this build. I like it. I mean I -really- like it, and I can't say that about any packs since a certain one we don't mention here. He did good, and I take back the shade and angst I threw on the release. The only thing I think I could wish for is some extra biomes action. I really kinda adored that out of a couple packs. ( I miss the redwood forests >.< ) But really. Check the bitching for a moment and load up a fresh map, play for a couple hours. Build some things. Plants some tomatos. Kill some things. Grow some diamonds. Have fun with it, go crazy. You Might like it!
