If you want to pirate, that's your business. But you can't expect proper support for a product you didn't pay for. If you want a cracked tekkit server, learn how to set it up yourself. If I recall it isn't horribly complicated. But I'm really just pulling that information out of my ass. I usually don't play smp, and when I do, I have no need of cracked servers. Because I bought the game.

There you go. I fixed it for you. First of all, let me be the first one to tell you that the new technic launcher is both extremely easy to use and 100% legitimate. Second of all, I don't think I could really help you troubleshoot your current build as I'm not sure what you might or might not have done correctly, but once again, I highly recommend updating to the current release.
