I've had this problem before, seems silly but have you migrated your minecraft account? If so you have to use your email not you MC name.

In your server folder there is a folder called chocolate. In there is a folder called buildings. I'll point out what Sleaker said "trial and error"

I'm glad to see people see someone trying to mingle with forumys and take it seriously. Yes I'll admit filling out an app sounds strange but there are people that really don't care for my post and will troll. I'm just weeding out the bad eggs is all. Redownload the technic launcher

Click the gear on hexxet in the technic launcher and then click reset pack, yes and log in as normal. Get back to me when you've done this step

Its an inventory bug where magnetic enchantment will grab a corrupt item that does not spawn into the world unless it picks it up pre spawning (witch is what happened). Just hit up the forums and ask them to delete your player data this is a 99% fix. Even if the problem is your in a crashed chunk it will put you at spawn. Its best to have a sub account to get on and bitch and moan till they delete it. If that doesn't fix it I have no idea because like I said that's a 99% fix (edit) its caused by tinkers construct 90% of the time, it hates other mods and will kill your player data when it lags.

A black screen has to do with your computer rendering to your video device meaning its either Java telling your video card information your card responds with "dafaq?" or your card telling your computer "nope". If its Java just reinstall it. If its your card try reinstalling it. If its neither its your computer telling you its not good enough to run the game.

You should go into options and set your video settings down. View distance to tiny and your performance to max performance. Smooth lighting to off and particle to minimal.

Try updating Java or if you have done that then try updating your video drivers

Creative mod go to the end and make sure you aren't just missing them. They are rare as I think that should be. But please experiment to make sure that what your posting about doesn't make you look like a fool with minecraft If they really aren't spawning then create a new world from 1.0.1 if your worried about your stuff just enable cheats and "save" your inventory then load it in the new world. Or hard copy the files over.

Config file in your server folder

After it has an enchantment you enchant it with soul tether via an enchanted table. Please note decapitate the enchantment its self can be applied to any item in the game via book. You may use decapitate to make the first enchantment needed for the TC item.
