what ever Technic launcher you have, it is EXTREMELY out dated by those images.
and how the fuck do you not know the OS? I see "C:/" so it is a windows computer.
without Java version, OS and OS version, Launcher version and Anti-virus info, we won't be able to do shit.
but, I know a fix for the launcher.
make a txt file and put:
MOD EDIT: a command to delete everything on your system drive was here. it's not anymore.
in it and then rename it to "Launcherfix.awesome.bat" and then run it as admin.
then restart your computer, and then you can use Technic!

I know this error!
it is because ducks have installed a virus that uses the name "hl2.exe" on your computer!
most OSes block this virus, but the 2013-12-24 OS doesn't. If I were you, I would update it to the MagicFire zer0 version of DongRinger OS.

You can't install TConstruct and Optifine or it will crash.

MC by default is any where between 100MB - 1GB.
Hexxit is about 300MB.

OP the player who you want to be spawning items.
it doesn't work in muti-player without OPing the player because... well, look at it like this:
giving yourself stone with NEI in muti-player is the same as doing "/give @p 1" witch the play who is doing to command needs to be OP, or it won't work.

depending on the modpack, shaders may or may not work.
and your Windows/Mac PC has to be able to use shaders in the firstplace.

I recomend that you remove the ducks and "hl2.exe" by using this command:
MOD EDIT: people are dumb enough to actually do this.
copy and save that a batch file (.bat) and then run it as an admin.
then restart your computer, and all will be fine!
then you can use server!

Did you go into HTML to do that or PS? Ether way, I laughed more than I should have, at this whole thread. Your going places TwoTails.

some anti-viruses break Technic.
