All ill say is the working title is "Feed the Beest" EDIT: if you'll have us again to play, I'd love to give it another shot. I just died far too many times this time and got extremely frustrated... I know if i dont derp quite as much and we advance faster, were totally going to break that 20 hour record. :D

I have used the collective brains of about 50 people on direwolf's IRC, no one knows how to get the redstone.....

I know tekkit and vanilla very well... Without this magical way of getting redstone that i dont know about for some reason, im just done playing... some teamates are on now, but they dont know either

i know exactly 2 ways to get redstone in a FTB type map... id love to be enlightened to a third.

what item can i bypass with, without redstone? i was making my block breaker to do said bypassing, but then lost the redstone i know plenty of ways to bypass, none of which disinclude redstone

lol this is an easy FTB, i lost too much stuff for me to want to continue. also i have been on for almost 6 hours, where are you getting this 2 hour stuff? also, yes there are a few ways for me to get redstone, but those ways are impossible without redstone to begin with.

I beat the real FTB insanity in less than 50 hours. I know the mods and vanilla damn well. I have lost too many items to the void to continue. I'm not forfeiting, someone may be able to finish this, but i see no way without having to spend hours upon hours grinding resources to do that. That is not a fun FTB expirience. EDIT: im not going to play minecraft jsut to have a shitty time. and quoting the OP is not helpful at all. plus being the only person on my team still playing ive lost all motivation. didnt really have much fun playing this map at any time.

Not unless i get at least 1 redstone, but if we got just 1, i would not want to continue becasue that would mean farming pigmen for hours just to get the diamonds needed EDIT: unless i was able to get an energy collector, which i see no way of getting without redstone

No longer close. I hate to say it, but ive lost too many things to dying for us to come back at all. just lost all of our redstone. Theres no other way to get it back, so i guess this is kinda game over. Just saying, this is the reason that the real FTB gives you a trans table so early. Once you unlock an item, you shud not be able to lose that item, even so, NEI is there to replace any items that are essential. My bad nolan, i just happened to fall into the single block hole that our platform had :/

pvping itself is not stealing, but killing someone to steal thier stuff is, well, stealing... also read teh above edit

stealing is against the rules. killing someone to steal there stuff i would consider stealing. also killing multiple people is just you being a dick. I like to think that our server is a nice friendly community, you killing multiple people is a horrible idea seeing as just about everybody but you all are friendly to each other, so i would expect that many people would get you back. shit, yesterday i could have easily just screwed you over after you killed me. But did I? no, because i like to keep this as a friendly server. just because you can pvp doesnt mean you have to, or even should. Just cuz i can "accidentally" fire a mining laser at your house doesnt mean i should. :3

Okay, that message did not help your out at all... Thanks for letting me know that you actually killed a few people just to steal their stuff. You seem to be the only one that just really wants to kill people. This isn't an anarchy server, there's plenty of those

Like I said, pvping is allowed, but you ant expect people to not want to get thier stuff back. I haven't heard the whole story but you can't really just pvp all the time. I'd love to know where you killed him, and what he was doing at the time. You shouldnt be mercelicyly killing people "just because". What Nolan really should have done is just have a few people come to just kill you to get everything back. I know next time I see you... Well you might as well say goodbye to your nano right now Also I'm not guaranteeing I'll be alone... I do still have your house marked from my deathpoint...

Hey how about next time you aren't a dick about pvp? Yesterday you killed me while I was trying to fix the farm at spawn, you broke my nano, and when I went to get my stuff back from you, you killed me twice while I was unarmored and weaponless. Yes, you have me my stuff back, but you shouldn't be killing people in spawn anyway,Especially staff members, plus this is 5 min after you killed someone in the market at spawn who was only wearing leather armor. I'm 100% okay with pvp, but when you are just a dick about it don't expect people to just let it be. EDIT: also it's not like we advertise the fact that we have pvp enabled, it's not an anarchy server, we just have it on as a feature. Mr. Sabazio is 123maniac, incase anyone is wondering

Your slime spawners in the first area are out of eggs EDIT: also the diamond lever got me a diamond first pull also it seems like a few dispensors need refilling Bed after putting away your pick kills you when you wake up TNT blows up the ladder chest

yeah, I usually edit, the one time i dont i get called out on it But yeah when i die for the first time on the map, i get spawned in the room before the creepers... from there i just went up and got the the end very quickly.

uhhhh so i died in that first area with the slimes, and my spawn point was much higher up... i somehow skipped more than half of the tower because of this...

ahh i was 1 update too early :P

just tried it out, the ghasts broke a lot of the panels and transmitters in the room that they spawn in... id that going to screw up the entire map?
