ah, the new update should fix the bag issues. it was replicated by making a bag, filling it with loot...spawning an enity...the entity picks up the bag..and the use the auto-spawn to make an exact copy. so the mob would spawn, with the bag, with the items. the luggage dupe is much simplier. The luggage IS considered and entity. so you capture it with a safari net, and put it in a autospawn and set to "exact copy= true" atleast tahts how it shows it on youtube. you can youtube "bteam dupe glitch" and you'll find the tutorial easy. :/ the strongbox dupe is just an issue if you use towny plugin. it dosnt seem to happen on faction land.

ya.. same here :? its very odd, cause the MCPc+ and spigot, and bukkit files are showing a line of code that is suppose to limit mob spawning to whatever number you choose. in my case.. no more than 50 mobs. as I understand they way that works. but, the pixies seem to not be recognized by bukkit. or MCPc+ very annoying. the trick I did was .. I use Multiverse, so with multiverse I turned off mob spawning for that area. and I've added pixie spawner eggs to the vote reward system I use.i also use townys mob toggle ability to allow pixie spawning in a few key locations in that area. that's the only thing I can think to tell you. Try using towny. its a nice plugin. really versatile. I've noticed many server owners using 3-4 plugins to do everything towny does in its one plugin. its harder, and takes more time to setup. but they payout is worth it.

that's what I love and hate about factions. it dosnt fully protect. and the options to tweak it adjust it or limited. the safezone works well for preventing damge to players seems like.. from the guns. but not greif. I would sugjest using worldguard. ontop of safezone. or if your familiar enoght with towny, you could use towny. set towny so that : /townyworld claimable is off. and /townyworld using towny is on. that way, its an admin only perk. default players cant use it to claim over faction land. but you can use it to protect your land admin land better.

For all you server owners out there.. I was recently searching youtube to see if anyone was stupid to post duplication bugs. theres a dupe issue with autospanwners and luggage. I would recommend ALL server owners Ban the Luggage and the project red bags. or ban the auto-spawner. your call. either way. its a big time dupe glitch. also, for those of you using towny plugin on your server. make sure to prevent the item mover as it causes strongboxes on someone elses towny owned land to become a creative box. (as to do with the item id. and meta id useage) very odd glitch. its not with the mudpack..just with how it reacts with towny coding.

I was wondering that myself, I wanted to come on and check out the server. but it appers closed down? or it may have just been down the few times I was trying to join it. the 1 thing I hate about being a server owner. :/ its hard to build and NOT go into creative mode.

PROTIP: you can use a vanilla healthpotion on an infernal mob to make its health normal.

we working on improving the /warp help area to fully show to advatages of towny of factions. but, were also working on a fun new month long game to add for factions. called "Conquer" its being tested on our bteam server. but I hope to add also to hexxit soon as well. the new /wrp help should be ready to help you answer all your server questions and hexxit questions too. by the end of this month we also got a new Hexxit hunger games planned for the end of the month on our featured map. so get on now why you have a chance and explore the /warp adventure map so you can find all the good vantage points to fight from ...good lucK!

We just started a fun new game on our server called Conquer. its a great game for those that love Factions play. you'll keep you inv. on death in the new conquer world. The game is still in beta testing mode. so I would love to hear your feedback! it'll will be a month long game. with a new game starting every month

ive never heard of modifworld. plugin? I use multiverse. what I did was ban on those greif items in the non-greifing worlds yet allowed them in the other worlds. so in this way, I was able to un-ban almost everything (excpt the ones that crash the server) ive been testing the crafting tables that you say are dupe issues. how do you replicate? im not finding any info and not able to replicate the dupe glitch. I have temp banned them based on your recommendation, but there dosnt apper to be any youtube vids, or info anywhere on how to duplicate using the tninkers crafting tables.

Since you say, on your server and on your single player game its there.. the answer is simple: the server owner as removed that perm. or changed the config to make strongbox locking a donor only perk.(since you say others can use it) its probably an sneaky tatic the owner is using to try an make income. :/ I hate it when a server bans items unless you donate. that's the stupidest tactic ever. it appers to be working. since those servers are making decent money every month. I run a server and barely pull in enough to keep it open. but I don't care. I wont ban items as donor only perks. I would sugjest you either support that server by buying the strongbox ability form there shop. or move on and stop playing on that server

why does everyone feel the need to make there bteam server whitelisted? seems like so few are open for all to come enjoy :/ some small updates to our server today. we just added the Helper rank to our server setups. its a step below P-MOD. all you have to do is apply for helper rank on our website. For helping other players to understand not only our server setup but also the modpak you'll get: /enderchest /kit helper (you can access once a week) /horsecolor: (allows you to change your horses color) /horsespeed: (allows you to setyour hosrses running speed) no on ever uses horses on our server since we got dragons or the /fly ability from the modpak. but this does make horses a little funner to play with. This is the last week to enjoy our featured map : Vertoak City. as of Saturday night, it will be changed to a new Featured Map. Get on saturay to be the first explore in our new featured world. Hey natch, yea, we really need to hammer down on the ingame help system. you can do /help already to understand the plugins you can use. I need to make a book to add with the kits to explain basic setups in game. Hopefully, either Reg or I will be able to do that this month. thanks for reminding us hey Madwolf, what do you mean, white listed? the server is a public server.Where did you hear that? sometimes (very...very rarely) I have to white list the server while we run tests on new configurations or plugins we were testing. but that is extremely rare. thanks for the vote of confidence. im trying hard to make sure it dosnt lag. yet at the same time, not remove any thing from the modpak unless it bypasses all protections. so far, based on other servers me and some friends have reviewed for bteam, were the only true free to play server. we were not banning items and making them donor only. (unlike serveral other servers .....) I was on a server that banned the galaticcraft rocket unless you donoate 10.00 bucks. ? and the TIER 2 was banned as well unless you donoate another 10.00 bucks...? really!? sooo the galatic craft mod is banned from anyplayer unless they donoate. that sucked. the modpak was given to the community free, and servers are banning items unless you pay. I get really pissed off about that. :/ Im ranting. sorry

wow these are some great builds. im pretty much taking over the moon on the server im on. so far, its noting worth posting. once I build a self sustaining energy system (with biofuel) ill post some pics. it so amazing to see what people build. this mudpack def. makes it fun to just enjoy the building aspect of it.

I wonder if Hexxit will ever update to a new version of mc? I soooo want horses. Though, that would mean theres no more need for the chocoboos :/

Server update: Ive had some personal issues going on, so I was unaware it was down or why until today. were sorry for the delay in getting back up and running. im working on updateing now to resolve issue and will have it back online shortly....

Personnaly I've been using Item restrict it works really well. plus, you can use it in conjuction with Pex to allow items be used in some worlds yet, banne in others. I tried BANITEM. which works well to. but it spams chat.

Im looking for feedback on lag issues. some players report lag, but when we check, server is at 19TPS with plenty of ram avail. Anybody reading this, if you are playing our server and experience lag, pelase do /gc and send me a report on what the TPS and memory are. ill look it up on chat logs and confirm as well. and see what might be causeing it

The Ban system is finally adjusted. This will make it impossible for anyone to greif your town with modded items. The way the new system will work is it will allow all the itmes to be used in PvP worlds. but will prevent them in the City worlds. For instance, minon staffs can be used in all worlds except City and fun worlds. RULE 2 will soon be changing to reflect the same rule as our Hexxit server.

updated the server post to reflect recent changes on the serve only 2 items remain banned, and that is due to crashes or bypassing protections still. all flan items have been removed from ban list. your now complety protected on the city world if you own a town so come enjoy the DUBSTEP GUN and the other fun toys that all the other servers or either banning or making donor only perks. Just don't waste them on the city world. cause they just wont work.

Lockette as officially been removed from our server. I know many people are used to using it. but it had to be done to provided a more robust experience. The intention of the server from the beginning as always been to be a controlled anarchy server. Now that we added towny and its running very well. as long as you do /plot claim on a towny plot. your loot/chests are completely safe from greif. However, The PvP world is meant to give you a since of fear and need to build better to protect your base. so for this reason lockette was removed. aslo, people were using lockette as a cheap way of making protections and live in the rescource world and dungeon worlds. then, when these worlds reset, they complained that they lost all there loot. Removing lockette is meant to encourage people to live on our CITY world which NEVER resets. Gotta a lot of plans going forward on the hexxit and bteam servers. were working on a new voter reward system. we also working hard this month to add more spleef and battle arenas. we hope to introduce our first CTF playing field this month as well.

kinda sucks though that the galtaic craft mod only seems to recognize vanilla glass and gatltic craft glass as sealable blocks when making a spacestaion or moon base. its seems to recognize all the other building blocks as air tight blocks. ive used every type of block and tested to make sure the ogyen sealer worked. every building block created a sealed area. exacpt chisled glass designs and any type of glass but vanilla and the galactic craft glass. thanks in advance if your able to fix this so we can use the chisled glass blocks and so forth to design on stations.

just wanted to update, we tested the Drawbridges and betterstraoge crates. there dosnt apper to be any crash issues with the drawbridges or corruption issues. the crates wont dupe since the backpacks aren't in bteam so there no confliction/bug with the 2 items.

so is it still giving you problems? since the update? just wondering. Looks like the crash log was saying that the plane was trieing to be crafted from flans mod somewhere near your cordiantes. not sure how to do anything about that. other than reset your world or delete the chunks. I had to do that a lot too when bteam first came out, looks as if since 1.0.8. its been doing better with no corrupted chunks issues.

Ice cream is just fun I've not been on this server yet. I keep meaning to join it. does it still have parkour and better dungeons? I know a lot of hexxit servers have had to remove it.. I freaking love raiding better dungoens. there crazy fun!
