You should be able to access it via the cached version on google search, but I don't know whether you can edit it from there or not. (It's at least possible to post comments on it.)

This has happened to me as well. (I guess you're talking about this modpack?) No sounds are available except ambient noices and some machines. Not even the vanilla sounds are present. The mod was updated a few hours before the page went down. Some of the comments on the page does indeed suggest that more people have the same issue.
