Change "minecraft_server.1.6.4.jar" to "tekkit_server_v1.2.9e.jar"
or if you renamed it, to whatever you called it. Make sure it's in

Right click on it, choose either Edit, or open it with notepad.

What is contained within your launch.bat file? The more info you provide about your problem, the better help you will receive.
-
And what is in that .bat file?

this link seems legit. Posting from a phone, can't check download, but have a look.

Tekkit is a 1.6.4 modpack, so only 1.6.4 mods work in it.
Follow the author's instructions to install.
-
Did you use the 1.6.4 version?

Go into the world folder and remove those dimensions. Back them up if they're important to you.
-
Pastebin the crash log. But I'm guessing it's dimensional doors.

If you're looking for an optimal design:
http://br.sidoh.org/#reactor-prompt
You can experiment with all the parameters here.
This is for passively cooled only.
My personal preference is to arrange the rods in a "plus sign" shape. Remember that coolant blocks can extend up to four blocks away from the rods. Diamond blocks work awesome if you're rich, graphite if your not. Putting a liquid ender jacket as the final layer helps a bit, but I often skip it.

Did you add the 1.6.4 version of those mods?
You should also remove 32bit Java and install 64 bit. Then you allocate more ram to the launcher.

Guessing perhaps a dimension ID conflict? Try keeping the console window open while you try the portal, maybe something helpful will scroll by.

In the GUI on the turbine, is it set to return the water to the reactor?
Still sounds like the reactor isn't getting enough water, due to insufficient supply or a bad piping setup. More pics?
-
Does the turbine receive more steam than it was previously?
-
Did it improve?

How big a reactor? How big a turbine? Is the turbine directly attached to the reactor, or are you using fluid ducts or tesseracts to move steam and return water? Fluid ducts do have limits. and it is quite low.

It looks like it's in the wrong mode (fill vs. empty). Click the bucket icon.

Did you do this:
http://ae1.ae-mod.info/ME-Wireless-Access-Terminal/
If you're running tekkit, it has AE1. No AE2 unless you are on some other modpack that's 1.7.10.
-
The fix is probably going to involve MCediting the offending conduit out of your world. Did you add any recently?
-
See if there are later 1.6.4 builds of those mods, and read the change logs for mentions ofComputercraft compatibility.
Just remember that if you're sticking with tekkit, your limited to 1.6.4 mods and 1.6.4 forge only.
-
You'd be better off starting from scratch and making a 1.7.10 tekkit inspired modpack. There's a pinned thread around here somewhere about how to do it. Plowman made some great instructions. I'll dig them up later when I have a chance.
Tekkit server problem.

Change "minecraft_server.1.6.4.jar" to "tekkit_server_v1.2.9e.jar"
or if you renamed it, to whatever you called it. Make sure it's in the same directory as the minecraft_server jar.
Phone acting funny today and double posting.
