It wont open though, so i cant click anything. Ive deleted and reinstalled it multiple times and it still wont open

Whenever I click on Technic Launcher to open it, nothing happens. I've tried to run it as administrator and it didn't work. I am running windows 10 with the most recent Java version.

Whenever I go to load up a modpack, it goes up until "Installing Minecraft Assets" and then the launcher disappears for not even a second and it goes back to my modpack list. I have the most recent version of Java 64bit and I am allowing the launcher to use 3.5GB of RAM but it still won't work, somone please help.
